The 13th annual Denver restaurant week us just around the corner and if you are a foodie like me this week was exciting with the much anticipated menu release!
Some of the best Denver has to offer will bring their amazing food to Colorado taste buds for 10 days starting on the 24th of February. More than 250 restaurants are participating this year, so if you want to hit as many spots as possible you better start planning now. Not to mention with many taking on a new pricing structure you can try more than ever before! Several of the participants are offering a $25 multi course option which has not been done at this price in the events history!
There is a great selection for just about every taste bud and environment for you to enjoy. Here are some of my suggestions-
Menu Price: $35.00
Pint's Pub is a traditional British brew pub that strives to be your "local" regardless of your locale. Here at Pint's, you'll find the charm and personality of the "local", a place that serves as a crossroads for society, where good beer , freshly prepared good food and as importantly, good conversation are on the bill of fare.
There menu for the event includes a first course - Freshman Single Malt Whiskey, second course - choice of any entree and to finish it off any of there craft brewed ales!
This is a great stop for a night out with the boys or a more laid back date night.
If you are looking for something a little more romantic a great stop is La Merise French Bistro in Cherry Creek. The setting is beautiful and the menu is exquisite. They certainly know how to take care of their guests in a setting that replicates the feel of being in France. They have great selection of wines to pair with your meal as well. Drinks are not included in their menu, but the appetizer, entree and desert for $35 will not disappoint!
My stop for sure this year will be the Capital Grill. Not much needs to be said about this as the menu speaks for itself. For $45 you get to spoil yourself.
