Kevin brings decades of leadership, mortgage, and real estate experience to the team. Before entering real estate, he owned both retail and wholesale mortgage companies. He later served as CEO and Team Leader of Colorado’s largest real estate brokerageswith over 560 agents, where he helped lead and support hundreds of real estate professionals. Today, Kevin is a Team Leader, Mentor, Recruiter, and a Realtor with eXp Realty. His extensive background gives clients an experienced advocate who understands financing, negotiation, marketing, and the many details involved in a successful transaction.

Linsey began her career as a mortgage loan officer before earning her real estate license during one of the most challenging housing markets. She built her reputation by helping homeowners explore foreclosure-prevention options and assisting clients and agents through complicated, demanding transactions. Her ability to bring clarity, strategy, and compassion to difficult situations continues to be one of her greatest strengths.

Together with their daughter Kylie, Kevin and Linsey help buyers and sellers throughout Colorado—from the communities of Elizabeth and Franktown to Parker, Castle Rock, Colorado Springs, and the greater Denver metro area. Whether they’re marketing a luxury property, helping a family move up or downsize, guiding first-time buyers, or navigating a challenging sale, they provide skilled negotiation, creative marketing, clear communication, and attentive personal service.

At the heart of everything they do is a genuine passion for people. They believe the best real estate relationships continue long after closing, and they love staying connected with their clients and watching their families grow and thrive.

Kevin and Linsey are also proud parents to Kylie and Ethan and proud grandparents—“Pops” and “Lolly”—to Mia and Micah. Outside of real estate, they enjoy traveling, golfing, spending time with family and friends, and creating memories together.
