Kevin brings a wealth of leadership and industry expertise as the former owner of retail and wholesale mortgage companies and as the previous CEO and Team Leader of one of the larger Keller Williams Brokerages in Colorado. His passion for guiding and mentoring agents helped grow the brokerage and shaped his client-first approach. Today, Kevin continues to coach and mentor real estate professionals throughout the region.

Linsey began her career as a mortgage loan officer before getting her real estate license during one of the most challenging markets. She built her reputation by helping homeowners navigate foreclosure prevention and assisting agents through complicated and taxing transactions. Like Kevin, Linsey continues to coach and guide fellow agents, bringing clarity, strategy, and compassion to the process.

Today, alongside their daughter Kylie, they serve homeowners and buyers throughout Elizabeth, Franktown, Parker, and Castle Rock. Whether selling luxury homes, helping move-up sellers, or working with clients navigating unique challenges — they bring sharp negotiation skills, clear communication, creative marketing, and a personal touch to every sale.

Their passion is people. They love building long-term relationships, staying connected with their clients, and watching families grow and thrive long after the transaction is complete. They’re also proud parents to Ethan, currently attending college in Denver, and grandparents to their sweet granddaughter, Mia.
