About Peg

My real estate career started after college, and I have been in real estate in some way or another ever since. My experience includes working in sales offices, property management, and commercial real estate as well as being an owners' representative. Over the last couple of years, my husband and I have been redeveloping homes (flipping). Redeveloping homes provides a feeling of accomplishment when you hand over the keys to the new owner. Also, the neighbors are always appreciative that we have improved their block and neighborhood. After 25 years in commercial real estate, I decided to add residential to my portfolio since it was an easy transition from our home redevelopment business. Although I love working with commercial clients, the need for an owners' rep services would not be as great as prior to Covid-19. Like most entrepreneurs, I decided to pivot and adjust. I am married to my husband of 35 years and we enjoy golf in the summer and watching movies in the winter. I also love playing tennis and reading whatever book I can get my hands on.
